The Importance of Trees

Who is this course for?

This course has been designed with everyone in mind! Whether you are passionate about the environment in your everyday life, have a degree in an environmental topic or are wanting to learn more about trees then this course will have something for you!

How will you learn?

This is a self-taught course consisting of four modules made up of text and short animations and videos. At the end of each module there will be a short quiz to test your knowledge, but don't panic, this isn't graded it's just for you to see what you have learnt.

What will you learn?

In this short course you will learn a bit more about Word Forest and our tree planting in Kenya.

By the end of this course, you will understand why the work that we carry out in Kenya is so important, not just for the local people but for the whole planet.
